The Start of the end pt. 4

Well today was day 3 in the start of the end. I didnt' work out with Dave and the guys, today and Thursday are the off days. Well, I went to Bally's and worked out on my own. I did all the excercises and then I ran a mile. My thighs are about to explode, but not like some of the old guys at Bally's.
